We use aggregated or de-identified wellness data that no longer identifies a particular individual (and is thus no longer personal data) to help answer important questions about wellbeing and further explore what it means to be optimal. Software and Data End User License Agreement:
The software embedded in your Optimus Health application product (the “Software”) is owned by Optimus Health Technologies Ltd.

Export Control.
You agree not to export from anywhere any part of the Data provided to you or any direct product thereof except in compliance with, and with all licenses and approvals required under, applicable export laws, rules and regulations.
