Ever since I was young I have been passionate about fitness. As I have grown I have discovered that fitness means a lot more to me and now I love to help people to achieve their own fitness goals. For me fitness is not just about getting in shape, it’s connecting your mind to your body and getting mentally strong so you can achieve your physical goals. I’m a level 3 PT/ First UFC Coach certified in Europe and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu. I have always been into exercise and keeping fit, running, football and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Being an ex-firefighter helped me move towards a career in full-time fitness, as it helped me build my love for fitness!
I’m a Registered Dietitian and a Researcher in Food & Nutritional Sciences. I have experience working in different sectors such as in the NHS, public health, non-government organisations and academia and am the current new Chair of the BDA Freelance Dietitians Specialist Group.

Establishing the brain is a solutionist, which uses the accumulation of past emotional experiences to develop habitual and predictive patterns of behaviour, was the first step in a long journey of discovery from a state of mental illness to wellness, and the creation of my Dominant Thought Pattern technique to resolve the state of psychological suffering induced by anxiety, fear, depression and stress. Subsequent studies into emotional disorders and neuroscience confirmed our core beliefs play an impactful role in the determination between a life or death decision whilst in a state of suffering, and through the expansion of those beliefs we may distance ourselves from a decision for death.
